AI assistance (included in the Curator plan) saves you time: it can suggest descriptions and details for an item from your notes, a photo or a web page, help match the columns of an Excel import, write artist biographies and series descriptions, and improve photos. It only runs when you ask for it, by clicking an AI button or ticking the auto-fill option, and you can turn it off completely in your preferences. Only what is needed for that action is processed: the descriptive details and photo of the item you are working on, or the column headers and a few sample values of a spreadsheet you choose to import. The financial history of your account and your contacts are not sent, and your content is not used to train third-party AI models. 100 AI credits are included every month.
